We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a booking without charge.

Not at all. Many of our clients provide keys or arrange secure access. Your cleaner will complete the job whether you’re in or out.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re unhappy with any aspect of the clean, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll return to fix it free of charge.
Yes, we provide everything needed, unless you prefer we use your own products.
We accept bank transfer, card payments and direct debit. You’ll receive a full invoice for your records.
